01A calm, contemporary refit — natural light, quality materials, a layout that feels relaxed and intuitive.
Two bedrooms, a sunlit conservatory, and ten honest minutes on foot to Viking Bay. A proper Broadstairs house, looked after with care and gently brought up to date.

A calm, contemporary refit — natural light, quality materials, a layout that feels relaxed and intuitive.

Ten minutes on foot from station and beach. Set in a quiet pocket of Broadstairs, close to everything.

Log burner, coffee machine, a real kitchen, fast Wi-Fi — everything you need, nothing you don't.

Deep sofas, garden doors thrown open, and afternoon sun off the conservatory.

Gas hob, oven, and everything you need to cook properly.

A double bed, soft green walls, and a leafy outlook.

Two singles, bright and cheerful — easy for friends or children.

Bath with overhead shower, subway tile, patterned floor.
The house went up in 1968, and our family has been on this Broadstairs street since 1971. We've kept what works — the bones, the proportions, the south light that pours into the conservatory all afternoon — and refurbished the rest slowly.

We're opening Cove to guests for the very first time this year. It's been our family's corner of Broadstairs for decades — now it's yours for a long weekend. Book early, and tell us what would make your stay easier; we're all ears while we find our feet.
— Izzy & Matt, the keepers of Cove
A beautiful five-night stay with our young son — a quiet street ten minutes from the beach, beautifully decorated, with everything you need (and a lovely garden for a glass of rosé after a day on the sand). The welcome hamper of local goodies was such a treat, and Izzy and Matt's restaurant tips were spot on. We'll be returning later in the year.
