Getting in.
Self check-in, no queue and no codes buried in an email. Here's everything for the day you arrive, and how to find us.

02Heating and the log burner will be ready to go, with a welcome pantry in the kitchen and our slim local guide in the drawer. Make a tea, take your shoes off.
Early or late?
03If the house is free the night before or after, we can often flex check-in or check-out a little. Just ask when you book and we'll do our best.
Getting here
Finding Cove.
By train
London St Pancras to Broadstairs is about 1h 20 on the high-speed line. From the station it's a flat 12-minute walk down to the house — we'll send a pin and simple directions with your booking.
By car
Roughly 1h 45 from London via the M2 and A299. There's one permit-free space directly outside, with plenty of unrestricted parking a street back. Postcode CT10 gets you to the road.
